Hey... || Life update?

Hey cutecumbers, welcome to another post.
Noticed how I didn't say "welcome to blogvember day.." ? Yeah...

                         I am cutting blogvember short.
I am not sure why I exactly couldn't stick to it. Maybe it's just lack of preparation and planning. Maybe life got in the way. Who knows?
I am not making excuses, but I think I owe you some kind of update, some kind of notice. You deserve to know why I have been absent for 2 whole weeks.
Recently, I noticed a lot of stuff was just... Too much. Kind of. Like... I would do regular, normal, mundane things and I would feel suffocated. I would feel like I was in a stuffy, too warm room in the thickest sweater possible, and the room is also filled with strangers, and spiders are crawling on the walls and also someone just gave me a test for which I haven't prepared.
This included writing these posts. I no longer found them fun and I didn't really enjoy writing. And you could see that, in the way I wrote u…

"You lack self-discipline" || BLOGVEMBER DAY 12

Hello cutecumbers, welcome to blogvember day 12!
As a direct contrast to the previous post, I have a serious post for you. Not like anything I have written out before, to be honest.
Recently, I've been talking a lot to my mom about myself. And even here, I've been writing about habits and motivation and all of that fun stuff... But what I never really mentioned is, that all of those things are futile, if you lack self-discipline. Which I do, and I am sure many of you are as well...
Lacking self-discipline is writing out your to-do list and planning out the perfect day for yourself, and then just not feeling like it. Lacking self-discipline is figuring out your best skin care routine and then not sticking to it. Lacking self-discipline is wanting to wake up at certain time, and then just not waking up. Not being accountable. Not being what you can be. Not doing what you want to do.
Why do we do this? Because of short term enjoyment. Simple as that. But what people don't reali…

Hello cutecumbers, and welcome to blogvember day 10!
As you may or may not know, I am a huge book worm. I like to hoard them, read them, feel them, smell them, I like to invest my time and myself in a story completely. It can sometimes get out of hand, to be honest... Anyways, as every book worm, I too have a huge to be read list! If this sparks up your interest, then just keep on reading:

Hold me closer, Necromancer- L.McBride
The title is what pulled me in, the synopsis is what made me want to read the full book :)
"Sam leads a pretty normal life. He may not have the most exciting job in the world, but he’s doing all right—until a fast food prank brings him to the attention of Douglas, a creepy guy with an intense violent streak.
Turns out Douglas is a necromancer who raises the dead for cash and sees potential in Sam. Then Sam discovers he’s a necromancer too, but with strangely latent powers. And his worst nightmare wants to join forces . . . or else.
With only a week to figure th…

Accessories to wrap up any autumn outfit || BLOGVEMBER DAY 9

Hello cutecumbers, and welcome to blogvember day 9! Today I have a cute little post for you guys, nothing too serious or anything... We all know that autumn is the best season for outfits- the layering, the colors and the accessories! Which is today's topic- accessories. When I was younger, I would always wear the edgiest accessories possible, and I would always wear the same ones, no matter the outfit. I was an emo kid, sue me! But, as I got a bit older, I realized that accessories can make or break your outfit, so I got more serious about planning out my outfits. If you wanna see my essentials for autumn, then just keep on reading:

I swear, as soon as I see one leaf turn orange, I pull out my scarves. I have bunch of them in different colors, so that I can match them with my outfits for that effortless chic look. If you have troubles wrapping them, opt for an infinity scarf, but you can find easy tutorials online. I prefer infinity scarves or blanket scarves, for that ea…

My morning routine! || BLOGVEMBER DAY 8

Hello cutecumbers, and welcome to blogvember day 8!

I told you recently that I wanted to implement a bunch of routines in my life, so that my life would be more scheduled therefore- more organized and efficient. Among many routines, I find that the most important one is definitely the morning routine. I am a firm believer that if you don't start the day right, you won't end it right as well, so I created for myself the perfect morning routine. Needless to say that all of the stuff which I do work for me. That doesn't mean it will work for you! I find these kind of posts incredibly interesting (because I am a nosy mf) and inspiring! If this type of thing interests you as well, then just keep on reading!

My wake up time is usually at 7:30 AM. I find that when I wake up at this time, it's not too early and not too late in the morning. I also get just enough sleep, since I fall asleep at 11 PM. I had huge problems waking up on time, and would usually fall right back asleep…

Books and movies to put you in an Autumn mood || BLOGVEMBER DAY 7

Hello cutecumbers, and welcome to blogvember day 7! Phew! It's already been a week! I am loving the posts so far, and I hope you are too. I have many more posts in my planner for blogvember, and I look forward to sharing them all with you!
Now, onto the topic... Books and movies. I am a huge nerd, like... I get so invested in a story that sometimes it can keep me trapped for days. If a book or a movie has a great story, it can influence my mood for quite a long time. Which got me thinking "what books had put me in autumn mood?" I think there's a lot of you who function in the same way as I do, and so I created a list of all these great autumn reads/movies for you guys! If this sparks up your interest then just keep on reading:

First, let's start with books:
Harry Potter series. (J.K.Rowling)
Everybody and their mothers would know this series would be on an Autumn reading list. A book about friends, magic, death, overcoming problems, set in both Autumn and Winter? Br…

How to change your habits for the better || BLOGVEMBER DAY 6

Hello cutecumbers, and welcome to blogvember day 6! In one of my previous posts, I tell you (in one of the steps) that once things become habits, you get that momentum. And, I myself have recently tried switching out a lot of bad habits for a lot of positive and productive habits. And it wasn't easy, let me tell you. Especially since I am such a conformist, I like doing stuff for the temporary satisfaction, I like feeling satisfied. And I believe that I am not the only one. No, I know that I am not the only one. But, I changed. I woke up one morning, and I decided that I am tired of temporary stuff. That I want to feel long term happiness and satisfaction. That I want to wake up, do shit, and then go to bed without feeling regret, sadness, self-pity. I decided to switch up my habits, to get inspired daily by myself, and these are the steps which helped me do this:

Firstly, you need to decide what habits you want to change. What helped me the most in deciding what my bad habits are …
